As the saying goes, “The devil is in the detail” and with congress attendees it is just that. From the initial booking congress places, to managing accommodation groups and preferred flights, online check ins, airport transfers and group restaurant bookings – we do it all. Liaising at every step with both our stakeholder and all the attendees.
It is no mean feat and our team are so organised we think they could do it in their sleep – and sometimes they nearly have to! With international time differences to take into account they could be planning and confirming numerous elements of the project at any time of day.
